May 15 was another birthday for Paul Moon. Last year, if you remember, was the big party when he turned the big 60. Well even after all that, he had another year to go by and he turned 61. The numbers just keep going up. This year Adam and Chip (Joey) and an adopted brother Lance, cooked a wonderful dinner for Daddy-o. I tell you what....Adam needs to be a grilling chef with Chip and Lance as his assistants! That was the best meat I have ever had. The whole meal was great. I guess they get their cooking skills from their mother. It was a really nice evening. We missed Josh and Kimmie and Tera but we talked about them.LOL We appreciate all that cooking and trouble you guys went to. WE love you!
